Date Idea #385 – Head for the mountaintop and go snowboarding

With record-breaking snow landing in the rocky mountains this year (and many areas in the country) it’s time to take your sweetheart snowboarding on a day date!

Maybe you have never tried snowboarding before, or you are a seasoned professional, it doesn’t matter. This is the year you need to get on the slopes and enjoy all the great snow. Be sure to dress warm, bring a lunch or hot cocoa and enjoy spending the day together on the mountain.

Snowboarding is pretty easy to learn and it’s easy to get addicted. Ski resort tickets are not cheap, so you may have to drain your dating fund jar, but it will be worth it.

Cost: $30-60 for rental equipment, $50-$150 for a lift ticket x2.
