Date Idea #184 – Draw or paint a portrait of each other at home

Draw or paint a portrait of each other for an upcoming indoor date night.

You do not need to be good at art to do this date night. In fact, it’s more fun if you are not artistic.

Simply grab a piece of paper and pencil and draw your mate while they hold still for 10-20 minutes. Then you switch positions and the other person draws. Put on some tunes you both enjoy to pass the time.

After you are both done, show each other the drawings you have done. Use this time to also complement one of the features you really like on your dates body.

Date variations: Try using acrylic paints, instead of pencil drawing. Try finger painting the portrait or go for a romantic evening and recreate the drawing scene in the Titanic movie. ?
