Date Idea #71 Explore the hidden wonders inside a cave

It’s time to venture into the unknown and explore a cave on your date.

When was the last time you were inside a cave looking at the amazing rock formations or turned off your light and were in complete darkness? No matter how long it has been (or if you have never been inside a cave), now is your chance with your sweetheart.

Finding a cave near you may be a little tricky and you may need to drive a little. If you are fortunate to live in the Rocky Mountains as I do, there are always plenty of caves to explore. Some populare caves in Utah are: Timpanogos Cave, Minnetonka Cave, Bower Cave & Lehman Cave.

Depending on how adventurous you are feeling, you can either go on a guided public tour with a group or you can get some climbing gear and explore a cave with just a few people.

Be sure to bring plenty of lights and a camera to capture the amazing formations you will find inside. Caves get cool too, so dress in layers and hug your date tight.
