Cemeteries are always a little creepy at night in October and here’s a spooky date idea you probably haven’t tried before. Here’s your date plan:

Step 1. Print out a list of popular first or last names before your date from the Internet. Also, find a flashlight for each of you.

Step 2. Go to a graveyard at night with your flashlights.

Step 3. Set a time limit (like 30-60 minutes) and see how many of the names you can find on tombstones within the time you are given.

Date Variations:
a) Invite another couple and have a competition to see who can find the most names.
b) Look for the oldest birth date you can find on a tombstone.
c) Bring a picnic and eat dinner in the graveyard – if you dare.
d) Before you start, each make a guess on how many names you will find. The winner is the one with the closest guess.
