Date Idea #227 – Attend a theater performance at a nearby High School

Search for upcoming high school theater performances and attend one for your date night!

Most high schools have a drama department and put on 1-2 plays each year. We have been very impressed with the amazing talent and scenery we have seen from local high schools in the past. The shows are entertaining and the lower ticket prices (compared to other theaters) can’t be beat.

Because these shows only happen once or twice a year at each school and they don’t have a huge marketing budget, you have to keep your eyes open for the performance dates. It’s helpful to check the school website from time to time for dates and to purchase tickets.

It’s always a great date night and won’t break the bank. Enjoy the show!
