Date Idea #298 – Have your own Mr. & Mrs. Smith date night

Day 8 of 14 of our Valentine’s romantic date ideas series. We asked our friends @enjoyingyourblendedfamily what romantic date night they enjoy and here’s what Scarlett and Randall had to say:

“Our most recent favorite romantic date was a Mr. & Mrs. Smith Date. Buy a couple of nerfs guns. Size doesn’t matter! Cook a nice dinner together. Then get dressed up fancy. While the other is getting ready hide your gun somewhere in the house. Next set a 30-minute timer that you can’t see while eating. Then eat by candlelight. When the timer goes off the game is on! Make the night a little more fun by having a reward for the winner!”

Wow, what a fun date idea! Mr. & Mrs. Smith is a great movie to watch, but if you turn that into a date night activity, that’s even better! Just follow the above steps for a fun & creative date night.

Movie synopsis: “A bored married couple is surprised to learn that they are both assassins hired by competing agencies to kill each other.”

This date concept can be done with many different movies, you just have to be a little creative and plan your date activities to match up with scenes from a movie you like.
