We asked our friends @boredinprovo what Christmas date they enjoyed and they said:

“We love to start the Christmas season with a Christmas lights-on ceremony! Follow local malls and city Instagram accounts to find the best events in your area. The lights are beautiful and they often have live music or booths to look at as well.”

We love this idea! You can’t think of Christmas without thinking about Christmas lights. There is just something magical about viewing thousands of little lights for the holidays. A simple search will help you find local lighting events and activities in your area.
