Date Idea #314 – Take turns reading book chapter to each other

Our fourth LDR date idea is to find a book that you are both interested in reading, then take turns reading book chapters to each other over the phone or screen share.
Read the same book together or join an online book club: If your goal for the New Year is to read more like mine is, this can be very encouraging and also a great way to connect with your partner.
During or after the book is finished, be sure to take time to discuss what you liked and didn’t like about the book. Discuss different possible endings to the book and what a hypothetical sequal book may be about. You will find that you will discuss this book many times in the future as we have.
